This page contains resources and articles explaining disordered eating.  Although I preferred some of the resources that the University of Michigan has to offer over others, I have friends who found other resources to be more helpful. For this reason, a comprehensive list has been provided below.  The videos included were taken from the National Eating Disorder Association in order to provide a basic understanding of eating disorders.
